Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS if available.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Most orders within India are delivered within 3–7 business days. Remote locations may take slightly longer depending on courier services.

Returns Policy

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, opened or used incense products may not be eligible for return unless the item was damaged or defective when delivered.
Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may also be non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Refunds
